Article 29
1. A chacun est garanti la liberté de pensée et de parole.
2. Est interdite la propagande ou l'agitation incitant à la haine et à l'hostilité sociale, raciale, nationale ou religieuse. Est interdite la propagande relative à la supériorité sociale, raciale, nationale, religieuse ou linguistique. 3. Nul ne peut être contraint d'exprimer ses opinions et convictions ou de les renier. 4. Chacun a le droit de rechercher, d'obtenir, de transmettre, de produire et de diffuser librement des informations par tout moyen légal. La liste des informations constituant un secret d'Etat est fixée par la loi fédérale. 5. La liberté de l'information de masse est garantie.
